生活困窮世帯のための納骨施設を作りたい

▼自己紹介  Who are we?
生活困窮世帯の多くが経済的な理由から葬儀に宗教者を招きたくとも出来ないという現状があります。私たちNPO法人おとむらい牧師隊は、故人の尊厳のため、また遺族の慰め・納得感のために、宗旨を問わず、そのような故人とのお別れに司式者としてボランティア牧師を派遣してきました。2016年の活動開始以来、個人利用者からの依頼を受けてきたほか、ホームレス自立支援団体や生活困窮世帯への居住支援団体などと連携して必要のある方々の葬儀の司式をボランティアで行ってきました。利用者のほとんどはキリスト教とは接点の無い方々です。本部のある福岡県内で３0名の牧師がボランティア司式者として登録しているほか、支部のある北海道・埼玉県・東京都・神奈川県でも活動しています。葬儀式場はもちろんのこと、望まれれば火葬場で炉前式を行い、さらには火葬中の待合室での同伴・傾聴、そして遺族と共にお骨拾いまで行っています。
Needy households in Japan can't afford to have religious clergies (commonly Bhuddist monks) at the funeral of their beloved family members though it is regarded as an integral part of a funeral ceremony to reaffirm the dignity of the deceased. Since 2016 We NPO Otomurai Bokushitai (Funeral Pastors Squad) has sent volunteer pastors to those funerals without any clergyperson to preside the funeral ceremony and to attentively listen to the bereaved families in accompanying during their cremation. We even collect the cremated bones and ashes with the families following the Japanese custom. (In Japan collecting the bones symbolizes the love and respect to the deceased.) Most of our clients does not have any specific faith to comommit themselves and this is their first time to meet and listen to pastors. We have 30 pastors registerd as a volunteer locally in Fukuoka, and have already spread to Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa which is the heartland of Japan. Also loanched a branch in Hokkaido which is nothernmost iland. 

▼プロジェクトを立ち上げたきっかけ  Why we start up this project?

活動を行う中で、利用者の方々から、納骨のためのお墓が無いので助けてほしいと相談を受けることが幾度もありました。葬儀に宗教者を招くことが出来ない経済状況の方々ですので、お墓の購入や納骨堂の契約はなおさらのこと難しいのです。しかし相談を受けた私たちもお墓を所有しておらず、お力になれず残念な思いをしてきました。そのような中、ある方より、引き継ぐ家族がいないので墓を寄贈したいという申し出を受け、この度お墓の名義変更が完了しました。
ただお墓を所有することはできたものの、現況では納骨できる空間が限られており、遺骨の受け入れを始めると近い将来に容量の限界が来ることが予想されます。そこで墓地敷地内の空きスペースに増築を行い、より多くの方々のお骨を納骨できるようにしたいと考えました。

For years of our activity the bereaved families repeatedly asked us one same question. "Do you have any facility for us to help accomodate the bones? We cannot afford to invite religious clergies. All the more so with purchasing such facility for our own".
We longed for obtaining one to help, and finally we were given such a facility by a man whose 30 years old facility has no one to inherit. Finally the door is opened! But this facility has limited space to contain bones. So we are planning to build an extra "annex" inside the facility's premises. 

▼プロジェクトの内容 Details of this project

現状では、墓地敷地（12㎡）の入口から見て突き当り（奥）の部分にのみ石造りの納骨施設があります。一方で左右の辺にあたる部分にはありません。このうち右辺にあたる部分に、石製の納骨施設を増築します。

納骨にあたっては利用者に二通りの方法を選択できるようにします。

①粉骨加工し専用の小袋に入れて納骨

②骨壺（三寸壺を使用）のまま納骨し一定期間経過後に粉骨加工し小袋に移し替えて引続き納骨

NPO法人おとむらい牧師隊から霊園へ毎年支払う必要のある管理料、維持費、担当者の交通費などをまかなうため、利用者には納骨時に一回だけの金銭的負担をお願いする必要があります。ただ出来るだけ利用者の負担を小さくし広く利用してもらえる額とします。

As it now stands the facility has two small "rooms" at the end of premises. These two rooms already have urns and should be packed before long. So we are expecting to built an extra annex on the right side of its premies. 
We will provide two choises how to place bones and ashes as shown below.

1. First powderizing the bones and ashes to be put in a packet, then placed in a room

2. Place in a room as an urn, then powderize after certain period of time as in 1 above.

We will need to charge the facility users some (but must be minimum amount) only one time to meet the expenses for maintenance, annual payment to the cemetary office and transportation of our volunteer staffers.

▼プロジェクトの展望・ビジョン Vision 

今回増設する納骨スペースが一杯になったら、その時点で再度の資金調達を行い、敷地内の残りスペース（左辺側）にも増設を行います。ただしそこも一杯になった場合は、納骨日付の古い順に、他墓地への埋蔵・海洋散骨など当法人がその時点で最良と考える丁重なとむらいをさせて頂きます。末永く、経済的に優しい納骨を可能とする施設でありたいと願います。

In the future if the annex would be packed, we will fund-raise again to bulid an another annex at the untuched left side of the premises. In case both of right and left annexes are packed, we will respectfly scatter them in the ocean or bury in the other facility (if we have one at that time) to make vacant splace in the annexes though the measure is not fixed as of now. We will try our best to keep on providing affordable, longstanding facility and comfort to our neighbors in need.
