日本の廃棄物を活用しフィリピンの雇用促進と人材育成

▼自己紹介

はじめまして。英会話スクール販売会社、留学エージェントの経営。自営を辞めた後に外国人実習生のVISA申請等をやっていました。現在、52歳の奈良と申します。海外と日本の良好な関係を築きたいと思い、これまでやってきました。

 

真偽色々説もありますが、某寿司チェーンの社長が仕事を与えることで、ソマリアの海賊をなくしたと話題になりました。

それまで、軍や自衛隊などで通行する船を守ったり捕まえたりしていましたが、一向に減らなかった海賊が仕事を作ることでなくなってしまったと。実際に現地ではもと海賊が仕事をしているとの事でした。

力で押さえられなかったものを経済の力で無くしていくと言うことに、色々考えるところがありました。

海賊や犯罪の場合、自分が命を落としたり、捕まったりするリスクもあります。

誰でも仕事があり生活に困らなければ、わざわざ犯罪に手を染める人も相当数減ると思っています。

Nais kong bumuo ng magandang relasyon sa pagitan ng Japan at ibang mga bansa may isa paksa na storya na tinatalakay tungkol sa ibat iba  bansa tulad halimbawa sa bansa somalia na marami pirata na gumagawa  ng ilegal na kumukuha ng mga isda at talamak ng pag gawa ng krimen dahil sa kawalan ng trabaho dahil sa kahirapan . At ito ay di ma aksyonan ng government ng somalia paano mababawasan at mapupuksa ang ganito gawain . Mula sa bansa Japan na may ari ng isang malaki kompanya sushi at nakikala sa bansa  ito . na bigyan niya ng trabaho ang mga pirata at mga  tao wala trabaho  Dati ito ay isa sa mga problema kinahaharap ng bansa somalia . Iniisip ng pamahalaan na paano ma aalis ang mga pirata sa kanila  bansa , kaya ngayon dahil sa nagkaroon na ng mga trabaho ang mga dati pirata ay nabawasan ang krimen at pag gawa ng ilegal na gawain sa bansa dahil sa nabigyan at natulubgan sila ng kompanya ng sushi . Dahil dito nais ko makatulong sa ibat iba bansa tulad ng Pilipinas na ang mga tao mabigyan ng trabaho sa mga lugar na walang kakayahan maka hanap ng trabaho . 

 

 

My name is Nara and I am 52 years old. I want to build a good relationship between Japan and other countries, there is a story that is discussed about other countries, for example, in the country of Somalia, there are many pirates who do illegal fishing and crime is rampant. because of unemployment due to poverty. And this is not actionable by the government of Somalia how to reduce and eliminate this kind of work.From the country of Japan who owns a large sushi company and is familiar with this country. that he give jobs to pirates and people who are unemployed Before this was one of the problems facing the country somalia. The government is thinking about how to get the pirates out of their country, so now because the former pirates have had jobs, the crime and illegal activities in the country have decreased because the sushi company has provided and supported them. .Because of this, I want to help others like the country of the Philippines to give people jobs in places where they are unable to find work.

 

 

 

 

 

▼プロジェクトを立ち上げたきっかけ

　フィリピンの知り合いから、日本の網が欲しいと依頼があり、話を聞いていると現地の仕事がない人を助けたり、奉仕的な仕事も多く、話し合っていく中で、もっと沢山の人に仕事を与えられると思いプランを作成しました。

現地の仕事がない方が一人採用されることにより、その家族複数人が助かります。

　同時に日本側では、廃棄にお金がかかる漁業網を再利用でき、さらにフィリピンで他のものに作り替え買い取ることで、さらにフィリピンでの雇用促進に寄与でき、SDGSs商品として日本で販売。継続できれば、ビジネスとして継続できると考えたため。

 

May isa ako kilala sa Pilipinas ang humingi sa akin ng Japanese net, at nang marinig ko ang kuwento, nalaman ko na maraming tumulong sa mga taong walang permanent na trabaho, at maraming mga boluntaryong trabaho. Gumawa ako ng isang plano na naisip kong ibigay. Sa pamamagitan ng pagkuha ng isang tao na walang na trabaho, maraming miyembro ng pamilya matutulungan at mabibigyan na maayos na trabaho . Kasabay nito, sa panig ng Hapon, ang mga lambat sa pangingisda, na mahal na itinatapon, ay maaaring magamit muli, at sa pamamagitan ng muling paggawa nito sa iba pang mga bagay sa Pilipinas at pagbili ng mga ito, maaari itong higit pang mag-ambag sa pagtataguyod ng trabaho sa Pilipinas. at ibenta ang mga ito sa Japan bilang mga produkto ng SDGS. naisip namin na kung matutuloy ito ay  pwede naming gawin bilang isang negosyo upang makatulong rin sa mga tao na walang trabaho sa Pilipinas at upang mabawasan ang kahirapan kinahaharap dito . 

 

Someone I know in the Philippines asked me for a Japanese net, and when I heard the story, I found out that there are many that help people who don't have permanent jobs, and there are many volunteer jobs.I made a plan that I thought I would give. By hiring someone who is unemployed, many family members can be helped and given a good job. At the same time, on the Japanese side, the fishing nets, which are expensive to throw away, can be reused, and by remaking them into other things in the Philippines and buying them, it can further contribute to the promotion of employment in the Philippines. and sell them in Japan as SDGS products. we thought that if it goes ahead we can do it as a business to also help people who are unemployed in the Philippines and to reduce the poverty faced here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

▼プロジェクトの内容

 

私たちが日本の廃棄網をフィリピンに持っていき、現地【Arman  surplus  net】により再利用や他の商品に加工して販売。現地の雇用促進や収益の安定化を図る。

これにより雇用される方やその家族の収入の安定化、貧困による犯罪の予防。

また、その商品を買い取り日本にて販売。漁業網からハンモッグや他の商品に加工し、SDGsに貢献。

さらに、双方ともに利益を出せればビジネスとして継続的に続けていける。

商品に関しては色々アイデアがあり、随時、挑戦して継続を可能にしていく。

Dinadala namin ang mga Japanese waste net sa Pilipinas, kung saan ang mga ito ay muling ginagamit at pinoproseso sa iba pang produkto ng [Arman surplus net] at ibinebenta ito . nais ko isulong ang proyekto ito upang makatulong at magkaroon ng permanent na trabaho at hanap buhay ang nga tao rito at magkaroon na matatag na kita sa pang araw araw na pamumuhay .upang mabawasan ang krimen at pag gawa ng hinde maganda .dahil dito binibili namin ang produkto at ibinebenta ito sa Japan. At pag ambag sa SDGs sa pamamagitan ng pagproseso ng mga lambat sa pangingisda upang maging duyan at iba pang produkto. Higit pa rito, kung ang magkabilang panig ay maaaring kumita, marami mga tao ang makikinabang at mabibigyan na sapat na kita . maaari silang magpatuloy sa pagpapatakbo bilang isang negosyo. At Mayroong iba't ibang mga ideya para sa mga produkto. 

 

 

We bring Japanese waste nets to the Philippines, where they are reused and processed into  [Arman surplus net] products and sold. I want to promote this project to help and have a permanent job and earn a living for the people here and have a stable income in their daily life. to reduce crime and doing bad things.therefore we buy the product and sell it in Japan. And contributing to the SDGs by processing fishing nets into hammocks and other products. Furthermore, if both parties can make a profit, many people will benefit and be given enough income. they can continue to operate as a business. And There are different ideas for products. 

 

 

 

 

▼プロジェクトの展望・ビジョン

 

安定したビジネスとして定着させる。それにより海洋ごみの減少、漁業従事者の廃棄にかかるコストの減少。フィリピンの雇用の促進と犯罪抑止を継続的に行う。国として取り組むためのSDGsに寄与。

継続のために、廃棄物からの再利用や製品に加工する内容を随時、更新し需要を安定的に確保していく。

 

 

Layunin namin isulong ang isang matatag na negosyo na makakatulong upang mabawasan ang problema ng kahirapan at krimen sa bansa pilipinas at makapag ambag sa SDG . At kami ay mag uupdate po sa mga magaganap sa gagawin namin proyekto

 

Our goal is to promote a stable business that can help reduce the problem of poverty and crime in the Philippines and contribute to the SDG. And we will update on what will happen in the project we will do
