ご無沙汰しております。

 

12月末から今まで治療が落ち着かず、やつれました。先が見えません。

YouTubeを更新できていなかったので、今わかっていることをお伝えします。

 

腸閉塞の再発で入院して、退院したのですが、今も解消しておらず絶食状態です。水分は飲めますが、鼻から腸に入れているチューブから出てきてしまいます。

胸に栄養を入れるポートという管から、毎日1000から1500カロリーの栄養を接種しています。

 

抗癌剤の治療（自由診療）を最近再開しました。それで腸閉塞が治ることを期待しています。

自立出来ているということで、介護保険がおりません。医療費の悩みなどありますが、クラウドファンディングのサポートで治療をすすめています。

 

完治は難しいと思いますが、口から食事をとれるようになりたいし、子供達にも、父親が頑張っている姿を見せたいです。

腸閉塞になって3か月ですが、危険な状態は変わりません。しかし、まだ出来る治療があるので、過度な期待はしないにせよ、出来る治療を続けます。同時に駄目だったことも考えながら生活していきます。

 

普通の便秘とは異なる、癌性の腸閉塞を治すための知恵などありましたら、お教えください。

It’s been a while.

 

Since the end of December, my treatment has been continuing and I've grown a bit tired. I am not sure how it will progress.

I have not been able to update YouTube, so I’d like to explain my current situation.

 

I was hospitalized for the intestinal obstruction and was discharged from the hospital, but the blockage has not been solved. I am still not be able to eat from mouth. I can drink water, but it comes out through a tube that is inserted into my intestines through the nose.

I am inoculated daily with 1000 to 1500 calories of nutrition through a tube called “port”, which was put into my chest.

 

I have recently resumed the chemo-treatment. I am hoping that this will fix the intestinal obstruction.

I am not qualified for the government’s nursing insurance because I am able to stand and walk. I am worried about medical expenses, but with the support of crowdfunding, I am continuing the treatment.

 

I would like to be able to eat from the mouth in future, although it is difficult to cure completely. I also want to show my children that their father is still doing his best.

It has been three months since I had the intestinal obstruction, and it is still a dangerous situation. However, there are still treatments that I can try, so even though I don't have excessive expectations, I will continue to do what I can. At the same time, I will prepare for the worst scenario.

 

If you have any idea for curing cancerous bowel obstruction, which is different from normal constipation, please let me know.
