Q: ISC67に入ろうと思ったきっかけや、組織の一員としての目標を教えてください。これまでISC67で働いてきた感想もお願いします。
ISC66に参加した経験から、他国の学生や文化をもっと知りたいと思い、委員会に参加することになりました。広報担当として、様々なプラットフォームを試し、ISCの参加者に十分に働きかけることで、オンライン会議を成功させることが最終的な目標です。ISC67は、メディアの仕事をすることで学べることがたくさんあって、とても楽しいです。

Q: 自分を表す言葉を教えてください。なぜこの表現を選んだのですか？
“勇気” - 私が「勇気」という言葉を選んだのは、私が実際に勇気があるからではなく、これから自分の選択と挑戦を恐れたくないからです。今年の私の目標は、世界と自分の可能性を探求することなので、勇気は私の人生の旅に必要なものです。

Colombo, Sri Lanka

Q: What do you study at your University?
I study at the School of International Liberal Studies of Waseda University. Still undecided with my concentration!

Q: What is your role at ISC67?
Public Relations 

Q: What made you want to join ISC67, and what are your goals as a part of the organization? What is it like to work at ISC67 so far?
With my experience as a participant of ISC66, I became interested in joining the committee to learn more about students from other countries and their cultures. As a Public Relations in-charge, it is my ultimate goal to make the upcoming online conference successful by trying out various media platforms and sufficiently reaching out to potential participants of  ISC. So far, ISC67 has been a lot of fun because there are so many things I can learn by doing the media work!

Q: What is the one word that describes yourself? Why did you choose this word?
“Courage” - I would like to choose the word “courage” not because I'm actually brave, but because of my desire to become more determined with my choices and not fear challenges. My goal this year is to explore the world and my potentials, so courage is something I need during my journey.

 

Q: Please tell us your thoughts or passion towards crowdfunding or the upcoming ISC67 main conference!
 

Since last October, the ISC67 committee and I have been very excited to host the upcoming 67th International Student Conference! Although the conference will be held online exceptionally for this year due to the pandemic, we are hoping for the continuation of the ISC activity in the future, maintaining our more than 67 years of history. As a participant of the 66th conference and a PR in-charge for ISC67, I know how important and precious each one of your support is. Therefore, it definitely will be our greatest pleasure to be able to get assistance from you! Thank you for your interest in our organization 😊🌟
