Diorama Shokudo has grown to be loved by many people as a “café that is both cat- and human-friendly and enjoyable.” This is the 4th year of our protection and transfer activities, and in order to continue to save more lives in a safer and more secure condition, we have set up a warehouse with an area of 50 tsubo in Ikuno-ku, Osaka as the "4th Shelter". In addition, we will increase the number of shelters that can provide "0.5 primary medical care" to protect newly protected lives and the lives of cats that have already been protected.

 

 

About 2 million yen has already been invested in some of the shelters, and construction has been completed to the point where they can be operated with air conditioning. At the start of operation of this facility, two veterinarians are on staff, and arrangements are being made so that health management and emergency measures can be taken quickly after protection. Your support will be used for the following purposes, mainly as construction costs for completing the 4th Shelter.

 

Our “Diorama Shokudo” started as a restaurant that combines a “diorama” and a “dining room”. , Currently, we have created an environment where customers can interact with cats, and operate a protective cat shelter and cat temporary custody hotel.

 

With the advice and support of many people, we have accepted more than 300 cats as rescue cats and have established relationships with more than 200 cats and foster parents. Currently, about 100 cats live in the shelter operated by Diorama Shokudo, and more than 5 staff members are always taking care of the cats.

 

 

There are sick and disabled children, cats with feline AIDS and leukemia, and children with high medical expenses called FIP living in the facility, and the medical expenses of the rescued cats are always necessary. In addition, the restrictions of the corona wreck have been lifted, and the use of customers is returning to pre-corona, but the burden of utility costs such as air conditioning and cleaning is soaring, and it is the current situation that we are somehow able to operate as best as we can.

 

 

We will continue to meet the desires and expectations of our staff, users, people who support us through social media, welfare groups who cooperate with us, and people who support us in various ways, all of whom want to save the lives of cats. sea ​​bream. To that end, I would like to continue to grow into a better facility, and if possible, I would like to walk the path to the future together with everyone's thoughts.
