Friends of Animals is a non profit organization that rescues and protects dogs and cats for almost 30 years.

They are often in critical situation, injured or disabled, abandoned by owners, with difficulties in being rehabilitated, old aged or in need of special treatment and care.

 

Beside the activities related to ensure a lifetime care for the rescued animals, our group is also trying to provide a safe and relaxing place for students of different ages wishing to interact with animals, outside the school activities.

 

The shelter facility has been used in the current state for many years, with small reparations when needed, but unfortunately, we got to the moment when we need to make some major reforming, absolutely necessary, because it is related to the safety and health of both animals and people.

 

Our permanent expenses are with the medical treatments, special food, maintenance of the shelter, absolutely vital situations, so any other extra repair is practically impossible without your help.

 

Keeping the shelter safe and renovating it became a serious and very important issue.
That’s why we decided to start a crowdfunding campaign.

How the　donation will be used:

 

Target amount: 3.5 million yen
The support funds from you on this crowdfunding project will be allocated to:
・Repairing/ replacing 8 broken doors;
・Replacing 8 window screens;
・Replacing 60 litter boxes;
・Building cat walk shelves in 6 rooms.
・Maintenance of a relaxing space for children and visitors;
・Building 2 shelves for the storage supplies.
