初めまして。奈良先端大の加藤順也です。
私たちは今、副作用の少ない抗がん剤の研究をしています。実験段階とはいえかなりいい段階まで来ています。お薬の名前はPGV-1と言います。がん細胞の増殖を止めて死滅させます。
このお薬はがん細胞に限って働くので、副作用が少ないことが期待されています。実際、マウスの実験では、副作用なく癌を抑えることがわかりました。
研究はヒト臨床試験へ進めるまであと一息のところ来ましたが、もっとプロジェクトを加速させるために、より精緻に細胞変化を観測できる研究機器（フラックスアナライザー）の購入が必要となりました。フラックスアナライザーは高価な機器ですので簡単には購入できません。そこでクラウドファンディングを始めることにしました。
「副作用の少ない抗がん作用をもつ｢PGV-1｣を治療薬へと導く研究を」成功させるためには、皆さんのご寄附と情報拡散が是非とも必要です。
