お食事内容試作中

皆様こんばんは。

 

三寒四温の時節柄、寒暖差が激しい毎日ですが、皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

 

さて、プロジェクト本文に記載しておりませんでしたが、実は現在提供しているお食事内容も変更したいと考えております。

 

地元の野菜などを提供できたらいいなと思っており、随分前から色々と考えていました。

 

色々試した結果、素材の味を楽しめる蒸篭を使った料理にしようと思っています。

 

シンプルだけどすごくおいしいので、とても気に入っています。

 

地元野菜などを食された後の皆さんの笑顔を勝手に想像しています。

 

最初の写真は今朝、試作で現在のわたくしの宿に宿泊していた方に提供したものです。

 

 

一眼レフを持っていた方だったので綺麗に写真におさめてくれたのでこちらを１枚目にしました。

 

２枚目以降はわたくしがスマホで撮ったもので、一眼レフのように綺麗に撮れていませんが、このような感じにしたいと思っています。

 

 

ただ、これらを実現していくためには共に歩んでいく仲間を必要としています。

 

もしボランティアスタッフとして「とうの浜を一緒に生まれ変わらせたい！」という方がおられましたら是非わたくしまで直接ご連絡お願いします。

また、いつか宿を運営したいので業務を経験したい方や、ご友人にそのような方がいらしましたらお伝え頂ければ幸いです。

Good evening, everyone.

 

As we experience the fluctuating temperatures of early spring, I hope you are all doing well despite the significant temperature differences these days.

 

Now, something that was not mentioned in the project description: I have actually been wanting to change the meals they currently offer.

 

I have been thinking about providing local vegetables and other regional ingredients for quite some time now.

 

After trying various things, I am leaning towards steamed dishes that really let the natural flavors of the ingredients shine through.

 

They are simple, yet incredibly delicious, and I personally love them.

 

I can already picture the happy smiles on everyone's faces as they enjoy these local vegetables and more.

 

The first photo is from this morning, when I offered a trial meal to a guest staying at my guest house.

 

 

Since she had a single-lens reflex camera, she took a beautiful photo, and I have decided to use the photo as the first image.

 

 

The second and subsequent photos were taken with my smartphone, so they are not as clear as the ones from the SLR camera, but they should give you an idea of what I am aiming for.

 

However, to make all of this a reality, I need partners to walk this path with me.

Also, if you aspire to run an inn someday and would like to gain experience, or if you know anyone who might be interested, please let them know.
