I'm Shingo Ueno from Reda Japan Co., Ltd.

 

Twenty-five years ago, I got a job at an agency dealing in European fabrics, studied textiles and Italian as fashion materials while studying in Italy, and now I am working at REDA Japan.

 

 

What is Sustainable Clothing? The first answer is the material that is “the material” for clothes.

Wool is a natural fiber that sheep have worn to survive the harsh natural environment.

 

Of course, when it returns to the soil or the sea, it is decomposed by microorganisms and bacteria and circulates again in the ecosystem. Among them, the merino type has the finest fibers and is soft and does not itchy.

 

It is cool in summer, warm in winter, it is hard to get cold even if it gets wet with water or rain, and you do not mind the smell even if you wear it for a long time.

 

The negative of wool are that it itchy and shrinks when washed, but REDA à REDA ACTIVE uses SUPER 120'S New Zealand merino. A washable wool that does not itchy at all.
