How Aritakane Project Has Started  

 

The house that has given us many wonderful encounters to become a warm and welcoming welfare facility.

 

"We treat everyone equally."

 

My parents maintained this principle throughout their lives. Their home in Nakano Ward of Tokyo was a house where people would constantly visit, but since their passing, the house has been vacant.

 

My siblings and I had been thinking about the possibility of utilizing the house in a way that would carry on the wishes of our parents. This is when we met Dr. Tsumita.

 

Dr. Tsumita expressed her wish to use the house to create a welfare facility that would nurture the mental and physical health of each person while respecting their individuality.

 

Dr. Tsumita's words truly touched us and we believe my parents would be pleased to hear them too.

 

"We treat everyone equally."

 

Such approach of my parents overlaps with the concept of this facility. However, the renovation to a welfare facility will require an estimated cost of at least 20 million yen.

 

This is not an amount that can be easily financed. Therefore, in addition to raising funds through bank loans, we have decided to take on the challenge of crowdfunding.
