・Translation fee for home page　￥50,000

・Rental of the venue for photo exhibition

(7 days including the day before the exhibition, tax included)　￥143,000

・Printing costs for photos used in the exhibition　￥50,000

・Postage for photobooks　￥10,000

・Printing costs for photobooks (Amount: 300)　￥550,000

・Printing costs of postcard for promotion　￥15,000

・Production costs of Returns (original tin badge)　￥20,000

・Postage for Returns (SAL for overseas, letter pack for Japan)　￥50,000

・Miscellaneous expenses (eg: equipment and fixtures)　￥10,000

・Fee for crowdfunding　￥220,000

 

Total Amount (estimate)　　￥1,118,000

 

 

※The amount set for crowdfunding is ￥900,000 and I will pay the remains amount (￥218,000) on my own.

※About 1/3 of the photobooks will be used as Returns. And the remains will be sold during the photo exhibition and on my home page. The profits of the photobooks will be donated to NGO of human rights in Hong Kong (specific NGO has not been decided yet), after deducting the amount I paid (￥218,000). The profits of the photobooks after this project will be disclosure every 3 months in my SNS accounts.

 

The financial reports of this project will be disclosure to every funder and on SNS in a month after the photo exhibition.

 

 

※In case the photo exhibition cannot be held due to the condition of the venue, it will be delay to Autumn of 2020. (The photo exhibition will not be cancelled and extra fee will not be cost.) In this case, I will inform every funder and make announcement on SNS. And the Returns will be shipped before the exhibition. The photo exhibition will be held in June as planned under a circumstance of limiting the number of visitors, if the venue has not been shut down.
