戦争・ISで傷ついたイラクの子どもたちの心と未来を救いたい！

 

We hope to ease the burden for Iraqi children affected by the IS war. 

— Please support us to cover the activity cost of 4,000,000 yen. 

 

 

The IS, also known as the “Islamic State”, have caused massacres that have seriously affected the children of Iraq, creating deep psychological wounds in the process.

 

 

The Japan International Volunteer Center (JVC) has provided psychological care for those children to rebuild their strength. Though we have the “needs” covered, we are still left with a shortage of funds. Please support us by donation to create more possibilities and a brighter future for Iraqi children.
 

Our plan of activities

With 4,000,000 yen (about 38,000 USD)  we could support 70 children within the ages of 6 - 13, providing psychological care for 2 months.

 

The activities are: 

1. The “Peace Yard”, which is a place for children to express their minds. This is conducted free of charge.

 

2. Mental care programs run with a psychologist  and social workers.

 

3. Workshops for children to learn their rights, how to coexist and peace.

 

4. Meetings for parents and family members as a follow-up program to encourage family support for the children regarding their activities.

 

 

Return

This project will succeed if the targeted donation amount(4,000,000 yen) is obtained before the deadline. We will return the following items to donators depending on the amount of donations. You can select one of the categories from A to G and proceed to the donation.

A ¥3,000 Receipt and acknowledgment (by email).

B ¥10,000 (1) Receipt and a letter of thanks with photograph (by email)+ (2) an activity report that contains your name (by email)+video message from children in Kirkuk

C ¥30,000 (1) + (2) + (3) Invitation to an event which will be held in March 2020 in Tokyo

D ¥50,000 (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) A thanks message from Iraqi children (a copy will be sent by postal mail)

E ¥100,000 (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) + (5) Your name will be presented at the Peace Yard Workshop in Iraq

F ¥200,000 (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) + (5) + (6) Your message will be given to Iraqi children at the closing ceremony of the Peace Yard Workshop in Iraq

G ¥300,000 (1) + (2) + (3) + (4) + (5) + (6) + (7) A letter of thanks will be given to you at an event to be held in March 2020 in Tokyo
