プロジェクトも残すところ、9日となりました。

本日ラーニングサポート・コーディネーターのSoulef Batnini先生よりメッセージが届きましたのでお送りいたします。

私は、TIPSで働くことを通して素晴らしい経験をさせていただいています。2年前にラーニングサポートコーディネーターとしてTIPSで働き始めました。クラスの生徒数が少ないため、すべての生徒の学習面や感情面で必要な支援をすることができ、同時に生徒の必要性や能力に適したカリキュラムを作成することができます。

個々の生徒に合わせた指導に成果をあげられているのは、スタッフの柔軟性と強いチームワークがあるからです。また、私は生徒ととてもポジティブな関係が気づけていると信じています。実際には、教室の中では私だけが先生ではないことは明確で、生徒は私の先生でもあります。毎日、生徒たちから常に新しいことを学ぶことができるため、モチベーションを高く持って仕事に臨むことができます。

TIPSで働けることを光栄に思います。また、TIPSコミュニティ内の同僚や保護者の方々の力強いサポートに感謝しています。学校の移転をとても楽しみにしています。新校舎はTIPSが成長するための大きな転機となるでしょう。

私たちは学校として、生徒たちに最善のものを提供したいと考えています。だからこそ、このクラウドファンディングプロジェクトは重要な鍵になります。プロジェクトの成功により、私たちは新校舎に適切な設備を備えることができ、それは生徒たちが最善の成果をあげることに繋がります。 

私たちは生徒を心より誇りに思っています。そして、私たちの目標達成に向けて、多くのコミュニティの皆様からのご支援に深く感謝しております。

Today we would like to share a message from our Learning Support Coordinator, Dr. Soulef Batnini. 

Thank you for your continued support.

Working at TIPS has been a wonderful experience for me. I started working at TIPS as a Learning Support Coordinator two years ago. The low number of students in the classes has allowed me to attend to the academic and emotional needs of all my students, while at the same time, creating a challenging curriculum for them.

Differentiated instruction has been a success at our school thanks to the flexibility and strong teamwork of our staff. I also believe that I have a very positive reciprocating relationship with my students. In fact, I know that I am not the only teacher in the room. My students are also my teachers. Every day, I come to work highly motivated because I always learn something new from them.

It is an honor to work at TIPS, and I am very grateful for the strong support coming from my colleagues and parents within the TIPS community. I am very excited about our school’s move as this will create a huge opportunity for our school to grow.

We, as a school, want to give our students the very best of what we have to offer. That is why,
The Crowdfunding Project is a crucial and key variable that will allow us to equip our new school building with the right tools and materials to provide our students with the best of opportunities to lead them on the road to success.

We are very proud of our students, and we deeply appreciate all the support we can get from the greater community who will help us achieve our goal.
