はじめまして。moimoi-Linkの野田と申します😊

 

moimoi-Linkは『職業体験コーディネーターを目指して！

職業体験をもっと身近に子ども達が学びたい活動を自ら選んで

学びたいタイミングで参加できる仕組みづくりをしたい！』の想いで動いています💓

 

『不登校で孤立する家庭をなくしたい！』

『子ども達の学びの選択肢を増やしたい！』

『不登校という概念をなくしたい！』が目標です！

 

また、私自身が子どもの頃不登校の経験し、

現在4姉妹の子供を育てており、

上の子3人が不登校を経験しています😊

 

自分自身と向き合うこと、

子ども達をありのままと受け止めること、

不登校とどう付き合っているかなど、

昨年からmoimoi不登校というアカウントで発信も続けています。

 

不登校ママが気軽に参加できて息抜きになり

繋がりができるコミュニティをつくりたいと思い

「ゆるまーるinとくしま」というサークル活動もしています。

 

私は不登校を

「特別なこと」

「普通ではないこと」

「ダメなこと」のように感じることに

すごく違和感があります！

 

子ども達はありのままの自分の姿、気持ち、学びたいこと、

そして学校や社会の当たり前とも真正面から向き合っていて、

親もそれを尊重しているだけなのに！と思います。

 

心育さん（みきさん）の、お子さんの個性を大切にしたい！

ニュージーランドのインクルーシブ教育を体感しレポートしたい！

日本の教育も変えていきたい！の想いに賛同しています！

 

当たり前ってなに？みんなが同じでないといけなくて、そこに合わない子は分けられてしまう今の日本の教育が変わっていってほしい！

子ども達ひとりひとりが

のびのび自分のスピードで成長していけたらいい！

 

それを尊重できるよう、大人も学び続けて、

自分自身を大切にしてほしい。そう思います！

 

いつか一緒に活動できますように！

Aiming to become a work experience coordinator!
I want to make work experience more accessible to children

and create a system that allows them to choose the activities

they want to learn and participate in them when they want to learn.

I want to create a system that allows children to choose the activities they want to learn and participate when they want to learn! I am working with the desire to 💓

 

I want to save families who are isolated due to non-attendance!
I want to increase the number of learning options for children!
I want to eliminate the concept of “non-attendance”!

 

I myself experienced being out of school as a child.
I am currently raising four sisters,
Three of my older sisters have also been out of school.

 

I don't see "being out of school" as
“Something special.”
“something out of the ordinary.”
“something that's not right.”
--I feel very uncomfortable!

 

Children are who they are,

how they feel,

what they want to learn,

and how they want to be,

And they are also facing the norms of school and society head on,
and their parents are just respecting them! I think.

 

I totally agree with Cocoiku

that they want to value children's individuality!
that they want to experience and report on inclusive education in New Zealand!

 

I support the desire to change education in Japan!

 

What is the norm?

 I would like to see a change in the current Japanese education system,

 where everyone has to be the same and children who don't fit in are separated!

I want each and every child to be able to grow and develop at their own speed.
 
I hope that adults will continue to learn and take care of themselves so that they can respect that. I hope we can work together someday!
I will continue to work on it!
