リターン商品発送遅延に関するご報告とお詫び

CURLY FLATS FARMより、一部のリターン発送遅延についてご報告とお詫びを申し上げます。

この度はCURLY FLATS FARMのクラウドファンディング「荒廃した牧場再生」にご支援をいただきまして、誠にありがとうございました。

 

リターン商品の発送など進捗についてご報告いたします。

現在までに「Simonからのサンキューemail」、「がっちり支援お願いしますコース」を選択した支援者の皆様への発送が完了しております。

＊お一人さまのみ設定のためか、メールが戻ってきてしまった方がおられます。Readyforのメッセージ機能、CURLY FLATS FARM.com からも送信を試みましたがお手元に届きましたでしょうか。この送信の記録をもって発送完了とさせていただきました。

 

＜バーチャルファームツアーをご選択の支援者さま＞

Zoom ミーティングルームの切り替えがうまく行かず、４月に入り再挑戦となりました。

アーカイブ動画を確認したところ、今度は肝心のlive映像が上手く映っていなかったことがわかりました（極小または真っ暗）。

楽しみに待っていてくださる支援者の皆様にぜひファームの様子が伝わるものをお届けしたいと、オーナーのサイモンのたっての希望で再再挑戦させていただくこととなりました。

長らくお待たせして大変心苦しいのですが、初めてのライブツアーに手作りで挑戦しており、今しばらく見守って頂けますと幸いです。

 

＜その他のリターンについて＞

2023年5月発送完了予定の加工品詰め合わせ「3種ソーセージ・ベーコンのセット＆フォトカード」、「4種ソーセージ・ベーコン・ハムのセット＆フォトカード」、４月発送を予定しておりました「季節４回お届けプラン＆フォトカード」の第１回発送分は、雪解けと例年を上回る大雨で、牧場内の通路や家畜をトラックで搬出する出荷台周辺が水没し、車両が進入できなくなっている・搬出口までの豚の通路がぬかるみで使用できないこと、また生産工程の遅れにより、ご支援者様へのリターン品発送が遅れております。

楽しみにされている皆様にはご心配とご迷惑をおかけいたしまして、誠に申し訳ございません。

 

このため、発送日程を下記日程へと変更させていただきます。

これに伴い、第２回目を8月発送に変更させていただきます。

牧場内の通路の補修や排水に総がかりで取り組む合間に、加工品などを手作りで生産しております。微妙な加減で納得できる仕上がりにならなかった製品があり、度重なる遅延が発生し、大変ご迷惑をおかけしてしまい誠に申し訳ございません。

 

楽しみにお待ちいただいております支援者の皆様には重ねて心よりお詫び申し上げます。

オーナーのサイモンをはじめファームスタッフ一同、1日も早くリターンをお届けできるよう尽力してまいりますので、いましばらくお待ちいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

Report and apology for delay in dispatching return goods

Dear supporters

 Thank you for your continued warm support.

Thank you very much for your support of CURLY FLATS FARM's crowdfunding project "Restoring a devastated farm".

 

CURLY FLATS FARM would like to report and apologize for the delay in the shipment of some return items.

 

We would like to report on the progress, including the shipment of return items.

We have so far completed shipping to all supporters who have chosen the 'Thank you email from Simon' and 'Solid support, please' courses.

We have tried to send the email from Readyfor's message function and CURLY FLATS FARM.com, and we hope you have received it. We have recorded this sending as completed.

 

<For supporters who have chosen to take a virtual farm tour

We had trouble switching over to the Zoom meeting room and had to try again in April.

We checked the archived video and found that this time the live video was not working (very small or dark).

As Simon, the owner of the farm, would like to deliver something better that shows the farm to our supporters who are looking forward to seeing it, we have decided to try again.

We are very sorry you have had to wait so long, but we would appreciate it if you give us a few more working days.

 

 

<About other returns

The first shipment of the assortment of processed products "Set of 3 sausages and bacon & photo card" and "Set of 4 sausages, bacon and ham & photo card", scheduled to be completed in May 2023, and the first shipment of the "4 seasonal delivery plan & photo card", scheduled to be shipped in April, were delayed by the melting snow and the more than usual Due to heavy rainfall, the pathways on the farm and around the shipping platform where livestock are trucked out have been flooded, making it impossible for vehicles to enter and use the pig pathway to the loading dock, and delays in the production process have delayed the dispatch of return items to our supporters.

We apologize for the worry and inconvenience this may cause to those who have been looking forward to receiving the products.

 

We have therefore changed the shipping schedule to the following date.

March 2023 - May 2023 Sequential delivery

(2) First of four seasonal plans: delivery in April.

 

Plans for future deliveries.

1) Assortment of processed products: 'Set of 3 sausages and bacon & photo card', 'Set of 4 sausages, bacon and ham & photo card'

Sequential deliveries from late May 2023 to late July 2023.

(2) First of four seasonal plans: delivery in June.

The second delivery will be changed to August accordingly.

We are producing processed goods and other products by hand in between total efforts to repair and drain the pathways on the farm. We are very sorry for the repeated delays and inconvenience caused by some products not being finished to our satisfaction due to slight differences.

 

We would like to apologize again to all our supporters who have been looking forward to our products.

The owner, Simon, and all the farm staff are working hard to deliver the returns as soon as possible, so please allow us a few more moments to deliver the products to you.

 

As soon as the return items have been dispatched, we will update you with new information.
