Visited South Africa in 2010 to have meeting with artists from the social contribution project of economic independence and supporting HIV, and to purchase pieces for the exhibitions in Japan.

We used shared-buses for the transportation which is basically written on the not to do list in the guide book.  To save money, to know the lives of people on the street, we used the shared-buses.

People we met in the buses are very kind to guide us, so we've got comfortable with it except the last bus we got.  Yes, that was a mistake.
"Give us money! Don't hide! Give money! money! money!" they threatened us with a gun.

The bus kept moving forwards, we asked them for a release.  After a while, actually I don't really remember how long we're on the bus because of the fear, they pulled over the bus and let us go at some point where looks like a crime-filled area.  We somehow made it back to the city safely. Still not sure the guy laying down on the backseat was alive or not.

We will also visit Johannesburg on the way to Limpopo this time.
What comes next in Johannesburg!

Hope you will join us via 'READYFOR?' and will be with us till this exciting art project in South Africa will be succeeded!
