Since we came to live in Japan, we felt that Japanese kids do not have Children’s rights, especially those kids who have been abused and neglected by their own parents.

 5 years ago we signed up ourselves as a foster care family since we live in a town which has 2 orphanages.

 We believe that we have to create the society where children can grow up in the family situation.

 When they are sad or lonely there will be parents to hug and reassure them, and tell them how much they are loved. A biological relationship is not necessary for such care as love does not require that the child is biologically yours.

 60,000 kids are growing up in Japan in orphanages and this number is growing. The usage of foster care is ONLY 16% in Japan. This needs to change.

We decided to make Non Profit Organization (NPO) to spread the word about FOSTER CARE and help and support families who have foster children, encourage others to become foster parents and work with the government to create a better life for these children who need our love and support..

 However, this is the new idea for Japanese people and we need to make a campaign to inform Japanese people what foster care is and why kids need to be placed in foster care
