プロジェクト完了のご報告
ご支援を賜りましたみなさま
このたびは，クラウドファンディング「埼玉大学：アフガニスタンの元留学生と家族を国外退避させたい」へのご支援を賜りまして，改めて心より感謝申し上げます．
本プロジェクトは，国外退避と退避先での暮らしへの具体的な支援を求めていた埼玉大学の元留学生２名に対し，博士後期課程入学時に家族同伴で来日することを支援するものであります．安全上の理由のため，留学生の氏名など個人の特定に容易につながる情報の提供は差し控えさせていただいておりますので，ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます．
当初の予定より遅れはありましたが，４月１２日をもって，支援対象としていた留学生２名とその家族全員の来日が完了いたしました．「感謝のメール」からの再掲となりますが，２名の学生からの感謝のメッセージを原文のまま以下にお示しします．
【留学生１】
Actually, I don’t have enough words to use to appreciate Japanese government, Saitama University and the people of Japan. I think if I write a book for appreciation will be less.
Anyway, firstly I would like to appreciate from base of my heart to all staff of Saitama university, especially the FSO and the leadership of Saitama university for their kind and tireless efforts and cooperation regarding me and my family evacuation.
Secondly I would like to extremely thank all those people who have donated even a yen for the donation and totally thanks to the whole Japanese nation for their permanent and generous support.
Luckily, now I together with my family live in a safe environment and have a happy life in Japan. So, staying and living in Japan will not only be a good opportunity for me to enhance my knowledge and skills, meanwhile it will be a great opportunity for our kids as well to be educated and have a bright future.
【留学生２】
Dear Contributors
As you well known, the Government of Afghanistan has been fall down into the hands of the Taliban two year before, which caused more than 90 percent of the people have been suffered from serious economic and unemployment and dramatically the graph of poverty line was becoming at very high phase. At that time, I contacted the Saitama University and asked them for their kind cooperation of evacuation of me and my family. The university particularly FSO did tremendous efforts in order to find out the appropriate solution in order to support my family. Finally, they made a crowd funding system due to this now my family are here in Japan and enjoyed their daily life this is happened just because of you otherwise it will never be happened. I would like to use this opportunity to express my gratitude and sincere appreciation from all of you that cooperated in crowd funding system and extremely thankful for your kind and great financially support and will never forget it, my family and I are in debt for your help and we will always be grateful for what you did for us.
I extremely appreciated and thankful for what you did for my family.

みなさまからご支援いただきました資金は，留学生の家族８名の航空運賃に全額使用させていただきました．円安や航空運賃高騰等の理由により，渡航費が当初の見積りより高額となったため，一部は本人負担とせざるを得ませんでしたが，みなさまからのご支援なくして全員の来日はあり得ませんでした．
母国の不安定な状況が当面継続することが予想されるなか，彼らの不安は尽きないこととは思いますが，現時点では日本での平穏な暮らしを楽しめているようです．弊学では，引き続き可能な限り彼らを支援してまいります．
不安定な世界情勢のなか，残念ながら，われわれの支援を必要とする学生や卒業生，またその関係者はこれからも出てくる可能性がございます．新たな支援をお願いすることがありましたら，その際もご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます．
