【Japan Clinical Recurrent Education and Research Center (JCREARC)】JCREARC's mission is to contribute to society by supporting medical, nursing, and welfare professionals in acquiring knowledge and skills through recurrent education.

 

【JCREARC's goal of recurrent education】Post-graduate education for professionals in the medical, nursing, and welfare professions in Japan is a practice that each organization is required to do in its own capacity, depending on the type of work.

 

In particular, post-graduate education in the Japanese healthcare industry relies on individual efforts.

 

Some organizations have a curriculum of post-graduate education as a manual depending on the clinic or facility where they are employed, while others have none at all, and senior staff often speak from their own experience.

 

Teaching from experience is very important. However, this means that if those who teach do not reach a certain level, therapists with completely different levels will be born three years later, even if they are standing at the same starting line after graduation.Therefore, there are few cases where treatment techniques, management, and research are planned and organized, and I have the impression that they are not practiced in a purpose-oriented, step-by-step, and systematic manner.

 

We have conducted interviews with the Japanese government, training schools for medical, nursing, and welfare professionals, and medical, nursing, and welfare professionals in the field to study the ideal post-graduate education (recurrent education) required for each profession, and promote various projects with the aim of adapting to and implementing social needs and changes of the times. We are looking forward to working with you.

 

【Project Contents】

We will share the skills necessary for therapists through your support and Youtube.

 

We are also planning to hold seminars through Youtube LIVE and ZOOM.

 

We consider the creation of these contents as one of the ways to support post-graduate education.

 

【Object Outlook and Vision】We want to make JCREARC known first and foremost through this crowdfunding effort.JCREARC will serve as a link between individuals, and by working together like point => line => plane => tenseness, we aim to make social contributions to people, organizations, and communities.
