私は、口蓋裂で生まれ、言語訓練の大切さをしりました。高校卒業後、働きながら准看護師の免許を取得。結婚し二人の子どもが保育園の頃、交通事故で左膝が曲がらなくなり身体障がい者に、翌年にはシングルマザーとなりました。 その後、子育てとともに、看護師·保健師·養護教諭二種免許を取得。回復期病棟で看護師として勤務、再婚し双子を出産するが、シングルマザーに…
その後、看護教員の仕事に縁があり教員となりました。看護教員を継続するため、学士と共に看護師養成講習会修了証の資格を取得しました。
また、私には四人の子供がいますが、二人は発達障がいです。 長男はてんかん·ADHD·広汎性発達障がい·知的障がいと20年前に診断を受け、次男は昨年、自閉症スペクトラム障がい·知的発達障がいの診断がつきました。発達障がいの子どもと向き合う中で、 様々な思いや葛藤を乗り越えて、今は毎日楽しく子育てに向き合っています。
現在はYouTube『妖精チャンネルゆいちゃんとあっくん』で、自閉症スペクトラム障がいの子育ての様子を毎週配信しています。

She remarried and gave birth to twins, but became a single mother again. After that, I got a job as a nursing teacher, and in order to continue as a nursing teacher, I obtained a certificate of completion of a nurse training course along with my bachelor's degree. I have four children, two of whom are developmentally disabled. My eldest son was diagnosed with epilepsy, ADHD, and pervasive developmental disorder 20 years ago, and my second son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual developmental disorder last year. While dealing with children with developmental disorders, I overcame various conflicts and now enjoy raising children every day. Currently, we are delivering Youtube of "Fairy Channel Yui-chan and Akkun" every week.
▼プロジェクトを立ち上げたきっかけ
YouTube を始めて感じたのが、発達障がいのある子ども達があまり外出してないのではないかと感じました。 また、SNSでも拝見しますが、発達障がいがあるが故に、外出しても周囲の目が気になったり、外出自体が困難だったりと、思うように外出できません。そのため、日々過ごしている親子のストレスが増すことでさらにストレスが増大…このような悪循環を少しでも軽減し、お互いの自己効力感を高め、さらには様々な遊具や療育により、より良い発達を促すことができれば良いと考えました。また、我が子に発達障がいの疑いをもたれている方々やグレーゾ―ンの方々も対象に含み、母親や父親の相談やレスパイトケア、さらには同じ問題を抱えている家族の出会いの場の提供にもなると考えました。

▼プロジェクトの内容
福岡県の自然豊かな那珂川市で、発達障がい者向けの遊べる施設を立ち上げたいと考えています。施設においては発達障がい者の子供達に、遊びの中で体幹支持力の増強と、言語能力の促進するために、アスレチックネット·滑り台·トランポリン·ブランコ、また、指先等の微細運動の促進は、ブロックやレゴブロック·ぬりえ·積み木 ·人形·プラレール などの玩具を用いる。
また、遊びの中で療育が自然に身に付くように工夫しています。ブランコについては、順番を守るための工夫として、砂時計を使用し、床に数字を表記することで、どれくらい待てばよいのか、子ども達が分かりやすくなると考えました。

さらにはご褒美制度を取り入れ、ご褒美ノートにスタンプを使用し、『 挨拶が出来る·靴を並べる事が出来る』など、些細な事も含め、家族やスタッフが褒めてスタンプを貯める。スタンプが貯まると、20個を境目に40個60個80個…になるとご褒美が帰りにもらえるという制度です。

発達障がいの子供たちは、切り替えが難しく、『帰える』ということが困難な場合も、ご褒美をもらうことで、スムーズに帰宅を促すことができるようになると考えました。
また、食堂においては ロールスクリーンやパーテーションを使用し、食事に集中できる環境を作ります。 施設全体は発達障害の特性を踏まえ、 静と動の遊びスペースとともに、光や音に配慮し、またクールダウンできる個室を設置、おもちゃについては発達障がいの子どもたちが、お片付けを出来るよう、収納箱に絵で表記するなどの工夫いたします。 閉館30分前にはお片付けの音楽を流す予定にしています。

施設を利用される発達障がいの子どもたちとグレーゾーンの子ども達、また発達障がいを疑う子どもたちと、健常者の境目は分かりづらいものです。 そのため初回に限り小冊子を用いて発達障がいについての説明、褒め方や施設を利用時の注意点などについて説明を行い、施設を利用して頂く上で、全ての方々が嫌な気持ちにならないよう留意いたします。

▼プロジェクトの展望・ビジョン
発達障がいの子どもたちが、 思いっきり遊べる場をもっと増やし、 外出できない子ども達が少しでも減少するよう促して行きたいです。 また、施設を利用に、『褒める・褒めらる』を形に変え、ご褒美スタンプとご褒美のプレゼントを通して、発達障がいを持つ子ども自身の自尊心の向上、さらには、そのご両親も我が子との関わり方を習得し、 子供だけでなく親御さん自身の自尊心を高めてられるよう、スタッフも関わりを持つことで、継続した利用へとつなげていきたいです。
もう少し先の将来では、発達障がい者への理解を、もっと健常者の方々にも広げ、健常者とともに発達障がい者のマイノリティへの共生へつなげていきたい。さらに未来では、健常者といわれる子供たちが、現在使用しているアミューズメントパークにおいても発達障がい者の子ども達が、心から楽しんで遊べるように、少しずつではありますが、架け橋になればと考えています。
