Report on our Crowdfunding Campaign

Providing expert information on nuclear energy in Japan to the world ~Empowering global citizens for 34 years: Nuke Info Tokyo

Report on our Crowdfunding Campaign

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the support of all friends of Nuke Info Tokyo. Through your generous support of our crowdfunding campaign, we were able to publish Nuke Info Tokyo as planned throughout fiscal 2021.

A total of 170 people contributed to our campaign, raising 2,080,000 yen. Of this, 1.5 million yen covered the production costs of Nuke Info Tokyo during fiscal 2021 and 580,000 yen will be used this fiscal year (starting from April 1, 2022) to publish breaking news and updates between the regular bi-monthly publication of Nuke Info Tokyo. Your contributions will enable us to provide expert, independent information on nuclear issues in Japan in a more timely way.

We have received a great deal of support and warm messages for this project, not only from our regular supporters as members and readers, but also from those who are donating to Citizens’ Nuclear Information Center for the first time. It has been so encouraging for us to receive so much support for our first crowdfunding project. We would like to thank all of our supporters again from the bottom of our hearts.

During 2021, Nuke Info Tokyo was published 6 times, from No. 201 (3 April) to No. 206 (3 Feb), including more than 40 articles.
