Invisible enemy that confuses the world.

We have a heartrending feeling on the unprecedented situation.

Especially, we have a heartache on the information that masks run short in the medical fields where medical workers fight against invisible enemy at risk to their lives.

What can we do for the situation?

What we, Kanagawa common residents who are no medical specialists nor infectious disease specialists can do.

That is, happening to meet dealers who can sell medical masks to us.

And, entrusting our wish to the persons who can judge properly whrere and how many masks should be distributed.

Could you be our partner for giving masks to medical fields where medical workers work at risk to their lives everyday in Kanagawa prefecture?

What do we do?

✔︎ We purchase 16,000 medical surgical masks.

✔︎ We donate those masks to a public organization first to distribute those masks to medical institutions in Kanagaka prefecture.

✔︎ we report the way of using support fund received by supporters accordingly.

We could happen to meet the dealer who could sell masks and could keep a stock of 16,000 masks.

At this time, we will purchase those masks based on the support fund reccived by supporters and will donate them to a public organization. Legally speaking, we want to give those masks to medical institutions directly. But we can't judge which medical institutions really need those masks. So, we will donate them to a public organization.

Who will do that?

Founder representative: Makiko Kusaka's thought

Thank you for reading the page. I am Makiko Kusaka, the founder representative of TEAM CEER. This is the project founded by the motto

"Let's get a shoutout to the brave".

We have been facing to the unprecedented situation since February in 2020. Japanese government announced an emergency declaration in this April. Economy situation is confused, many people are infected with COVID-19, and someone passed away.

How is the situation of the frontline medical scene whrere medical workers fight against the invisible enemy? We want to check about the correct information of the situation by seeing and hearing that by ourselves. When we contacted medical workers who worked at the hospital which accepts COVID-19 patients, they told us that masks ran short in the medical fields.

We can't make a professional judgement nor implement a professional measures. However, we can donate masks to medical fields by finding a dealer who can sell masks, can't we?

Based on the thought, we called as many accuaintance as possible and could finally reach a dealer who can sell 16,000 medical surgical masks somehow.

Why Kanagawa prefecture?

Legally speaking, we want to deliver masks to medical institutes all over Japan from all our hearts. However, we have an limited quantity of masks and an limited fund we can prepare. So, it is difficult for us to deliver masks to medical institutes all over Japan.

At first, we have decided to donate masks to a public organization in Kanagawa prefecture at least where we were born and raised.

Many comrades who sympathize with us

Many reliable comrades who sympathize with our thought that we want to do what we can do and who want to cooperate with us have gathered. However, we are still lack of the fund for purchasing masks.

We need the fund of about 1.3M for purchasing 16,000 masks. So, we got to challenge the crowdfunding at this time.
