序曲と名付けられているだけあり、組曲全体を象徴するテーマに溢れています。

東京の風景・情景のイメージが軽やかに、お洒落に描かれていて、これから展開される場面にワクワクしている、そんな幕開けが感じられます。」

「This section is part of the 1st violin from “Overture” of the Tokyo Suite. As it is named Overture, it’s full of themes that symbolize the entire suite. The image of the emotinal and scenery of Tokyo is drawn lightly and stylish. I can feel the beginning of excitement of the scene that will be developed after this.」
