1, 音楽・楽器の経験歴

エレクトーン、ピアノ、SAXを経てチェロを弾き始めてから20年が経ちました。
—It's been 20 years since I started playing the cello through the electone, piano and saxophone.


2, 好きな曲や作曲家、アーティスト
　Favorite books and writers
　
ショパンやブラームスが好きです。
今までずっとクラシック音楽ばかりを弾いてきたので他のジャンルとはあまりご縁がなく、今回JAZZを弾けるということでとても楽しみです。
—I like Chopin and Brahms.
I've been playing only classical music so far, so I'm really looking forward to playing Jazz this time because I don't have much connection with other genres.


3, 好きな本や作家
　Favorite books and writer

本はあまり読まず…漫画なら読みます。
漫画はいろいろ読みましたが、なかでも ”るろうに剣心“ が好きです。
公開されている映画も見に行きたいと思いながらもまだ行けておらずです。
—I don't read books very much ... I read manga. I've read a lot of manga, but I especially like “Rurouni Kenshin”.
I want to go see the movie that has been released, but I haven't been able to go there yet.

“Tokyo Suite”
日本にずっといるとなかなか気づけない場所によってのイメージが音楽になっていて、とてもおもしろいなと思いました。
—I think very interesting that the image of music was created by places that I wouldn't notice when I was in Japan all the time.

“Twilight Is Now”
弦楽五重奏はなかなか演奏できる機会がなく、とても久しぶりで楽しみにしています。　
やわらかな曲調がとても印象的です。
—I haven't had a chance to play the string quintet, so I'm looking forward to it for the first time in a while.
The soft music is very impressive.
